Hello to my students, theatre and film actors, those interested in the details of acting technique, performance, philosophy and all aspects of performance and creative art.  And welcome to my new blog.  I’ll be posting thoughts, ruminations, discussions of questions posed by actors, film and theatre analysis, links, pics, and whatever creative cross-currents span the mutual influence of various arts with the art of acting. My orientation comes from the Meisner Technique, one of the major American techniques for actors’ training and performance.  It is an interactive, behaviorally rich way of approaching acting, and I’ll be talking about it in more detail in future posts.
